Successful Candidates
iTalent allows company users to Shortlist successful candidates using an online Competency Based screening tool, giving the Recruiter the option to send Shortlisted candidates an online Competency Interview consisting of free-form questions.
Unsuccessful Candidates
iTalent can regret candidates that do not meet the minimum requirements set by the Recruiter at Requisition stage. iTalent allows for manual (one-by-one) or bulk (many-at-once) regretting and contacting of candidates. If the offer is accepted, the user can bulk regret all other unsuccessful candidates.
