iTalent provides companies with a facility to build up their own database of up-to-date Resumes and candidates. All applicants who apply for positions at the company will automatically have their Resumes loaded into the company's own Resume database. In addition, prospective CareerSeekers or employees are able to register themselves into the database.
The Resumes are live and are managed by the CareerSeekers themselves, ensuring a high quality database and an ever growing Resume pool. Clients and candidates can be assured of complete confidentiality through TRUSTe accreditation, ensuring that South African and International online privacy laws are adhered to.
The company database incorporates an advanced search engine which provides the facility to accurately search on any aspect of a Resume. This allows companies to search their talent pool to identify suitable matches to particular jobs using various fields including qualifications, experience and skills. After the creation of a requisition, iTalent will automatically search the company's database for potential candidates that match the requirements.
The iTalent system will also ensure that clients retain all history for all requisitions and applications, and provides the opportunity to filter and search within this history. The iTalent standard online Resume format is HR-XML compliant and is in line with South African labour laws.
